If you have suffered financially as a direct result of the pandemic, for example, you have been laid off, you have been put on reduced hours or your employment has been terminated, we will work with you to see you through this temporary setback. We will be dealing with our members and customers on a case-by-case basis. This is necessary, as everyone’s personal situation will be different.

If you have a small business and you have been forced to close due to government mandates we will be pleased to review your file and work with you to arrive at a suitable solution until the pandemic passes.

It is important to keep in mind that if you have not been affected, in a negative financial way, it is expected that you continue to fulfil your loan obligations. This is better for you and for all of us.
