NVCU – WORKING FROM BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

Please be advised that effective the close of business March 20, 2020 North Valley Credit Union will be restricting public access to its office at 516 Main Street in Esterhazy Saskatchewan. The office will remain fully staffed to ensure that all administrative and technological operations will remain functioning. This restriction will remain in place until further notice.

Our staff will be pleased to serve your needs over the phone, via e-mail, through the mail or through the night deposit. All electronic functions will continue to work as they always have such as Member Direct Home Banking, our ATM machine, Remote Deposit Capture, e-money transfers, remote banking, auto deposits and all pre-authorized credits and debits.

We will be making special accommodations for our small business members who have special needs regarding accessing coins to be used in their businesses.

For those members who do not have access to debit or credit cards and prefer to conduct all their transactions in cash we will see to their needs.

For our business members and those that only utilize cash we will require you to phone our office to make an appointment to carry out the transactions you desire. We will arrange for a time for these transactions to take place. We will only allow one member at any one time to be within our office while the transaction is taking place. The rules will still apply that we will not provide personal, face-to-face service to anyone who has travelled outside the country in the last few weeks unless they have undergone a 14-day period of self-isolation. As well, we will not provide personal service to anyone who is exhibiting cold or flu
symptoms.
