NVCU school donation will go towards Chromebooks

North Valley Credit Union’s Stockholm branch recently donated $1000 to Macdonald school. The funds will go towards purchasing Chromebooks for the grade 7 to 9 students. Below is the thank you note from Reg Leidl, Principal of the school.

“The students and staff of Macdonald School would like to thank the Stockholm branch of the North Valley Credit Union for their very generous donation of $1000.00. This money will be used to purchase Chromebooks for the grade 7 – 9 students in the school. The students are part of a distributed learning math pilot project being undertaken by the school and the Good Spirit School Division. This donation helps ensure that all students in grade 7 – 9 will have their own piece of technology to support their learning. Thank you so much!”
