Busy day for MLA Greg Ottenbreit

We promised Yorkton readers we’d give updates on the work of MLA Greg Ottenbreit, and Saturday February 6th was apparently a very busy day for the local politician.

In the morning he was attending an Interdenominational Christian Men’s Breakfast in Yorkton, at which Harold Frieze shared his faith journey.

Then, in the afternoon, Greg was taking to the skies as the pilot of a CASARA flight out of Yorkton airport. CASARA (the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association) is a Canada-wide volunteer non-profit aviation association dedicated to the promotion of Aviation Safety. It provides trained and effective air search support services to supplement the National Search and Rescue program. The flight, with navigator and observers, took in the area of Yorkton to Quill Lakes and north.

Undeterred from the demands of piloting over the prairies, in the evening Greg attended the 39th Annual Easter Seals Snowarama Banquet in Yorkton, where he brought greetings on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan.

Busy man! We salute your dedication to service Greg. There are some pictures below. Click any image for a larger version in the viewer.
